Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 team members during weekend shifts, ensuring optimal performance and service standards
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, and safety compliance
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining exceptional service quality
- Train new staff on brand standards, procedures, and customer service excellence
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Complete end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-volume periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays/Sundays, 6 AM - 10 PM)
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
