Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at hotel front desks and public areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and concierge services
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and high hygiene standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Nevada Gaming License (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
