Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for resort guests
- Manage reservation systems and process payments accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Upsell resort amenities and local attractions to enhance guest stays
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas with attention to detail
- Assist with special event coordination and VIP guest handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with reservation software and POS systems
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for property shuttle duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Knowledge of Orlando attractions preferred
