Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to diverse international guests
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and maintain food/beverage stations per health standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
- Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols across all areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math and POS system experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
