Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock rotation to prevent spoilage or shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Perform light cleaning duties and ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
