Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and clients during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store organization.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily registers.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
