Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
- Stock shelves and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-merchandised.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
