Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and billing.
- Process orders and returns accurately using our internal computer systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
