Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS and CRM systems.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and service enhancements.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that reflects our high company standards.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the database for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
- Reliable transportation and availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.
