Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficient in using computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business demands.
