Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process Orders: Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to improve service delivery.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help shape company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent required.
- Previous Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable using computers, MS Office Suite, and company software.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve conflicts calmly.
