Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and orders.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Organize merchandise and maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
