Responsibilities
- Handle 40-60 inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and product information requests
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends (10-20 hrs/week)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
