Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Manage inventory and stock levels with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Unload, inspect, and organize incoming freight and shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is a plus but not mandatory.
