Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations.
- Operations Support: Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing sales floor.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash handling responsibly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Visual Merchandising: Help implement visual displays and maintain brand standards throughout the store.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the store environment to ensure safety and prevent theft.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we train enthusiastic learners.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
