Responsibilities
- Process Shipments: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Loading & Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred but not always required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
