Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
