Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damages or defects before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with the system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills are necessary for inventory tracking.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends.
