Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and stock adjustments as required.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
