Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery to customers.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the receiving of new stock and inspecting for damage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counts and order picking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
