Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Check inventory levels and report discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
