Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify and count incoming stock, organize warehouse space, and pick and pack orders accurately.
- Packing: Prepare products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the shift team to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting inventory and processing orders.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.
