As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our clients receive the support they need. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, empathetic, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on our products/services and upsell solutions where appropriate to meet departmental targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management while ensuring the customer is informed of the next steps.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is preferred but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type 35+ words per minute.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
