Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Process customer orders, track shipments, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Coordinate Logistics: Schedule pickups and deliveries, update tracking information, and liaise with drivers and warehouses.
- Data Entry & Accuracy: Maintain precise records in our inventory management system and CRM software.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and courteous communication via phone and email.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and management to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding shipping and handling.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for our immediate hire program.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available for full-time shifts.
