Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify any damages.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse shelves and storage units.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order priorities and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
