Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare items for shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and label products accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
