Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing (40+ WPM).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
