- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose problems for a diverse range of clients.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the Tier 2 team while ensuring the customer is informed and satisfied.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and support documentation.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and patience in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on empathy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
