Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced environment
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Process inbound shipments and verify received items against purchase orders
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
