Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train!) for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
