Responsibilities
- Sort and organize incoming inventory with barcode scanners
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate warehouse machinery under supervision
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid ID and SSN
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to Northside El Paso
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
