Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and correct quantities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate safety gear and techniques.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we will train you).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid US work authorization and ID.
