- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to customers using a handheld scanner.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift/Hand Truck) safely and according to guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards) at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Load and unload trailers with freight efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use barcode scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or night shifts.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in logistics is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
