Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

- Provide detailed product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.

Qualifications
