- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience under pressure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
