Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls and emails professionally, resolving issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle order processing, returns, and exchanges using our proprietary CRM software.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve product or service complaints, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services to meet team performance targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
