Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while adhering to company policies and brand standards.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department head.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM.
