Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for end-users with patience and accuracy.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log all customer interactions, account details, and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to share knowledge and improve overall customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite) and strong internet navigation skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus, but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, as part of a 24/7 support team.
