Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients in home or facility settings

Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or equivalent healthcare experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

- Previous home health or hospice experience preferred
