Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery: Safely drive forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely distribution.
- Inventory management: Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate records of merchandise.
- Quality control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet our high standards before shipping.
- Maintain safety standards: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to create a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with the team: Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
