Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and maintain organized inventory records.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, ensuring packages are handled with care.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Certifications: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (if applicable to the role).
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
