Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading, unloading, and staging of freight and materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in the packing and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and tasks.
