Responsibilities
- Execute operational tasks during assigned night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance
- Document daily activities and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handovers
- Maintain strict safety and compliance protocols
- Provide exceptional internal stakeholder support
- Adapt schedule changes with minimal notice (max 48hr advance)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous night shift experience preferred but not mandatory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic computer literacy and technical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
