Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Warehouse Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and stock rotation to maintain organized storage areas.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends if required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for following instructions and communicating with supervisors.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
