Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate standard warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate receiving, stocking, and organization of inventory.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or general labor is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
