Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and organizing stock according to established guidelines.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before storage or shipment.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hiring).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
