Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems to update inventory data and track shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
