Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Efficiently pack, label, and ship customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A consistent work history with a strong focus on punctuality.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
