Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure safe and timely handling of inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
