Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and record stock items to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.
